She is highly skilled with employee relations and helping managers understand what needs to happen in order to increase performance. Nicole has a keen ability to listen to challenges and solve problems at all organizational levels. Kristin Metzger, CPA serves as the Restaurant & Hospitality Practice Leader for WVC RubixCloud’s affiliate firm, William Vaughan Company. Leveraging her more than 15 years of experience working closely with restaurateurs and hoteliers, Kristin consults with clients on a variety of matters including minimizing tax liability and establishing financial reporting methods that will provide a clear picture of business expenses and assets. In addition, she listens to current and prospective clients to identify specific pain points and then works with the implementation team to design and apply specific workflows to meet those needs. Kristin is known for developing deep client relationships through frequent interaction and open communication.
