Jennifer started her career as a staff accountant with William Vaughan Company more than twenty years ago. She quickly realized there had to be a better way to help businesses work smarter and more efficiently. Jennifer set upon that task and was compelled to break the stereotypical “number cruncher” mold of flipping paper and pounding away at adding machines while using red pens to highlight errors. She sought out clients with non-traditional needs and excelled at providing them with unique, results-driven solutions. Jennifer worked at delivering options to her clients rather than a set of limitations. Her success has earned her the distinction of Director of Consulting for the CPA firm.
“When you don’t know what you’re missing, it is hard to justify a change. “
As Director of Cloud Accounting Services for WVC RubixCloud, Jennifer continues to help clients find the solutions that work best. She has a documented history diving deep into the pain points of businesses in a variety of industries and identify their root cause. That experience has allowed her to act as her client’s CFO and business advisor and lead in the restoration of the organization’s overall accounting function. Jennifer uses today’s technologies to help clients “get it right” the first time, ultimately saving them money while creating significantly more value. She helps clients solve issues they often don’t even know exist and alleviates the
anxiety that keeps them up at night.
WVC RubixCloud is located in Maumee, Ohio, which is a short drive from where Jennifer has made a home with her husband and four children. She has given back to her community by serving as a former church and pre-school treasurer. She is a Board Member of the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan Better Business Bureau and the Toledo Chapter of Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). She is also a member and Co-Chair of the IMA’s Small Business Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee. Jennifer is also a member of the AICPA, OSCPA, and IMA.
